If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item. Please contact us of your return or exchange within 3 business day of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For your protection, be sure to use a carrier who can provide you with tracking information. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or not delivered to us. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, all refunds will be credited in the same manner as you originally paid. Please allow 5-10 days for your credit to appear.
Due to the nature of personalized items, these items are non-returnable or cannot be exchanged. Additionally, once your order is placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. It is very important that you confirm you order, prior to clicking the "Submit Order" button. Be sure to follow the personalization instructions for each item and CAREFULLY proof your order before submitting it. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to ordering.
Monograms can be confusing, we recommend entering the person's full name to ensure correct placement. For example, if you are buying a gift for a women. Alice Anne Smith, her monogram would be ASA, with the middle letter representing her last name.
Everyone makes mistakes, how errors are handled?
Order with errors made by us will be remade at no charge and shipped as soon as possible. Orders that include an error made by the customer will be made at a 10% discount of original price and processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will apply. Common errors made by customers include the following:
- personalization text originally submitted with an error
- an option incorrect chosen or omitted on the online order form
- an error overlooked on the email final proof (regardless of the submitted text)
Availability of Fabrics, Supplies or Options:
Occasionally, fabric choices, supplies or options can be on back-order, out of stock or discontinued. Although we do our best to keep our selections updated, situations arise out of our control. Should this occur, we will immediately notify you to make another selection or provide you with a full refund.
Out of Stock Items:
Some of our ready to ship items may indicate "Out of Stock" or "Sorry, item is temporary out of stock." In these situations, if you are interested in the same design and it does not indicate discontinued, you may request a custom order. Please contact us to discuss further.
Simply Dolce Sale & Sample Sections:
All sales are final. Our Simply Dolce Sale items have been either discontinued or on clearance. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to read the descriptions completely, as some items due to being samples of designs may contain minor flaws and will be photographed and indicated in the description.
