For your convenience, our shipping charges are based on real-time shipping rates which are calculated on the actual weight of your items that you are purchasing. Domestic US Orders:
All in stock items are processed within 3-4 business days of verification of payment. Excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready, you will be provided with tracking information via email when your order is shipped.
All Custom Orders are scheduled based on our current production time frames. Once your order is finalized, you will be notified via email your estimated shipping date. (see below for our current production time frames.
We ship internationally via first class international.
Pillow Inserts: not available for international shipping due to weight and export regulations.

For all international shipping, buyer is responsible for all custom fees, duties, taxes and import charges that are levied at time of delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping charges. Buyer to verify all custom charges prior to ordering.
Production Time Frame:
Our current custom order production time frame is 2-3 weeks from order date. We try our best to stay within our stated time frames, however our production schedule can change at any time. Once your order has been finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. You may also check your order via our online Order Tracking System. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you via email.
Processing times may vary around holidays, so it is important to order your gift items in advance, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. During holidays, we will provide shipping deadlines for holiday orders to assure delivery by the holiday. Information will be posted on our front page or in item details.
Rush orders are available. If you need your order shipped sooner than your estimated ship date, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order. Please note that some rush orders may incur an additional charge depending on the type of order.
At any time, you may log into our website to view your order and receive updates and tracking number via our Order Tracking System. You will also be notified via email with any changes to your order.
If for some reason your need to return your purchase, (excluding custom orders), shipping charges are non-refundable.
